By accessing our website or engaging our roofing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All roofing work is performed by licensed VBA roof plumbers. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fixed‑price quotes include all labour and materials described in the scope of work.
Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled work may incur a fee. Refunds for deposits are subject to assessment based on work already performed or materials ordered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HHH Roofing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
